Beef biryani recipe

Beef biryani recipe by Maano Is Cooking, Beef biryani is a dish that everyone loves to eat. Especially in Southeast Asia, biryani is a specific dish that is served in any occasion of life. It’s a complete meal and it’s very delicious to eat. Beef biryani is made in three easy steps,

In first step

we make beef biryani masala curry. Fry onion slices in cooking oil then add beef and fry, tomato and add water to tender. When meat gets tender, add spices yogurt and broil, add mint coriander leaves.

The second step,

boil rice with salt, star anise, cinnamon, black cardamom and bay leaves. Rice should be a bit undercook.

Third step is assembling,

first spread rice layer in bottom, then beef masala curry layer and rice layer in last, garnish and steam.

Delicious beef biryani is ready.

Ingredients,

  • 750g Rice
  • 750g Beef
  • 3 small onion
  • One-fourth cup ginger garlic paste
  • 3 mediumsize tomato
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • one-fourth cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt for masala curry(to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon salt for rice boil(to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder (to taste)
  • Half tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 black cardamom
  • 4 cloves
  • 8 bay leaves Half nutmeg
  • 2 petals mace

For garnishing

  • Lemon slices
  • Chopped green chilies
  • Fried onions
  • Yellow food color
  • Mint and coriander leaves
  • 2 drops of Kewra water
